We offer alternative payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your orders and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

For our shipping, we use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, so, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Returns

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at natureandhealth68@gmail.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.


Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 7 days of your order’s purchase date. After 7 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.
We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 14 days of their delivery.
We will reimburse you no later than 21 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
